About Alli Kleinke

Thank you for visiting! Growing up in beautiful Sonoma County California, I was exposed early on to the wonders of local vintner and culinary abundance and found my passion early. It all started when I attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, Florida, during which I was a chef at the much lauded restaurant Pascal’s On Ponce in Coral Gables, and learned the art of pastry from a French Chef who became a dear friend.

Upon returning to California I became the Pastry Chef at the Applewood Inn in Guerneville, where we received a Michelin Star a year later. Seeking to expand my culinary expertise with the addition of wine knowledge and hospitality management, I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management. After which, I studied wine for 2 years becoming a Sommelier, passing the test through the Court of Masters Sommelier program.

After managing events at Boisset, the girl & the fig CATERS!, and elsewhere, I became Event Manager at Meadowood in St. Helena. Managing hundreds of events, from small to very large, with a range of themes and designs, and budgets to very high end, my experience came full circle.

Somewhere in between, I met my incredible husband Alex, and we celebrated with friends and family at our own amazing wedding in Italy! And the dream of starting my own business manifested.

Let me take the passion and excitement you have for your event or wedding and transform it into your vision with memories that will last a lifetime. The extensive experience garnered in all aspects of food, wine, entertainment, planning, and management will ensure your event is seamless and fulfills your vision. I like to say, I am the Captain of a ship with crew members (vendors) that will take you on a journey, eventually landing you home while wishing you could relive every moment again.

Contact me and let’s have a conversation… I can’t wait to meet you and personally curate one of the best days of your life with you! Perhaps we can start by sharing a meal together.

with love, Alli
